The Tiger Lily Award was established in memory of Eva Wrangler. The Tiger Lily represents her inner strength and her love of Guiding. It is given to an exceptional member of Girl Guides of Canada in the West Kootenai Area at the
Pathfinder, Senior Branches, or Adult
